Simply give our office a call at (806) 935-4535 and we will gladly help schedule you at on a convenient date and time. If you have an urgent injury, we accept walk-ins Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:00pm. Please understand that we see walk-ins in order of arrival and patients with appointments may be seen before you. We also offer a telemedicine option in certain circumstances. If you are interested in a telemedicine visit, please just let us know when you call.
We understand that life happens. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled time, it is possible that we may need to reschedule your appointment or you may experience a longer wait time than normal. If you will be unable to make your appointment at all, please contact our office to cancel or to reschedule, preferably 24 hours in advance, so we may allow another patient to be seen in your place.
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation at which time your diagnosis and probable treatment options will be explained to you.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation: Your surgical referral slip and x-rays/test results if applicable
Please help us to ensure that your visit does not cost you more than necessary by knowing what your insurance companies policies are.
Please prepare the requested items and any additional information you think may be important to your visit or the issue that you are seeing us for.
Insurance companies and their policies are known to vary greatly in regards to appointments with Orthopedic Surgeons. Some require you to be referred from your Primary Care Physician while others allow you to make an appointment with an Orthopedic Surgeon directly.
You may check with your insurance company to determine what they require in order to cover your appointment with us, or our office can gladly determine that for you before we schedule you in.

If your insurance is not listed, you may contact your insurance carrier or our office to check if we are a participating provider.
Full payment, copays, and deductibles are due at the time of your appointment. Our office also collects full payment (copays and deductible) at the time a surgery is scheduled. Every effort is made to accurately estimate this charge if you are insured, but please be aware that this will only be an estimate. The final determination of payment will lie with your insurance carrier.
